While the original part number was MW-4000-08, to my knowledge, parts are generally no longer available for Welbilt microwaves.
The good news is that this knob should be for a standard 1/4" shaft with a flat side, and appliance parts stores, home centers, and home improvement stores will have a good selection of knobs.
If you take your old one, you should be able to get help matching it so it will function for you.

yes, just don't let anything get hooked onto the part that spins. Possibly put something else in the microwave to hold whatever you are cooking above it like miniature stilts. The microwave should be fine.
