Realplayer supports the rio 600. You go to the burn/transfer tab and add it as a device.

i dont have a softwear to run my Rio mp3 player
I have the same problem. I've got a Rio 600 that I just can't get working at all. I've been all over the web looking for a solution but still nothing. It's said that it can only be used with wmp9 if you're using WinXP (which I am) but requires a downloadable patch (wich I've already tried a few times), and I've downloaded numerous drivers claiming to work with the rio 600 only to be let down each and every time. I'm going insane with this Rio mp3 player, can someone please help me out with this thing before I throw it against the wall? [email protected]
