That sounds like a faulty switch. This machine has one year factory warranty from Krups.

I had to send the Aeroccino back to Nespresso allready for the 3. time!
The machine got replaced...
Problem: after about 1 month the machine doesn't give any sign of live...(that means the on/off-button doesn't work any more)
I purchased the Aeroccino as part of a package and after 2 weeks the first one failed. Amazon sent me a second one and a week later it has also quit working. The On/Off button light flashed a couple of times and then stopped working. It appears there is a continuing problem with this machine.
