I was printing some pictures and realized I wanted to discontinue printing - I had selected (in error) many, many more than I wished to print. I checked the book and it said to hit "Cancel" on the front of the printer. I did and now I can't get the printer to start up again. I only wanted that job that I had going to cancel - not everything after that! Bette Morreale
Is printing in the stand alone mode or through the cumputer? If it is via the comnputer- then go to Start/Printerand Faxes -double click on th driver right click will bring up the work file - right click on the files to delete and delete In the stand along mode check the manual for 'Reset' or simply switch if off and leave for an hour to see if it self resets.
