How do you forward sms on the iphone - Apple iPhone Smartphone

Hi,

For iPhones using firmware 3.0 or higher, forwarding of SMS messages is a built in feature. To forward a text message, simply
1) view the SMS text message conversation containing the message you'd like to forward
2) tap EDIT at the top of the screen
3) check off the message(s) you'd like to forward
4) tap FORWARD at the bottom right of the screen
For those using older firmware, there is a third-party application for the iPhone, iSMS (or weiSMS), with which it is possible to send text messages to multiple individuals as well as forward text messages

u upgrade u r iphone firmware to 3.0 or higher , then you can forward messages to your friend

not yet unless there are any apps on the app store that will do it - but when OS 3 comes out for the iphone you will be able to forward sms messages on the iphone.

These are some of the incapabilities of iPhone's default SMS client. However, you could get these features by "jailbreaking" the phone and installing some of the 3rd party applications like "mySMS" or "iRealSMS".

there is no possible way to forward a sms message on an iPhone

Unfortunately for you, the iPhone does not have any SMS forwarding software built in to the phone.
and due to the iPhones Closed source operating system, the SMS application and the other core applications are not allowed to be edited and customised in any way .

so unfortunately doesnt look like there will ever be an SMS forwarding program for the iPhone.

1 - at present the iphone does not allow you to edit and sms
2- nor can an iphone forward an sms but maybe a third party app will do the job
3- I'm not sure of the problem please clarify
4- Bluetooth on iphone can only 'pair' with a headset or some hands-free car kits at present pairing with other phones/computers etc cannot be done

The iphone does not support forwarding messages straight out of the box. If you have jailbroken your iphone you can install an app called weTool which allows you to forward sms, send to many, delete individual texts and call records one at a time. Its a very useful tool!
