I have taken good care of my phone, but for some reason the z and x keys on the inside keyboard do not work during text messaging or for game controls. I might be able to live with this, but the main problem is that the speaker just stopped working. It does not ring and the speaker phone function no longer works. I have to rely on vibrate, which means I miss a lot of calls. I know my settings for ring styles and volumes are set right as I have used this phone for almost 2 years now and know pretty much all the menus by heart. Please help!!! Thanks!!!

There are usually two reasons why this happened one is it will happen only when you have the speaker turned on which causes feedback and creates an echo if you do not have the speaker turned on when you're not using any Bluetooth earpiece you might want to try one that would help another option when you get an echo is because the microphone hole may have something stuck in it like like food or a very carefully making sure that microphone is clean it's a small hole I have to assume I have to I have to assume that the phone has not been taken apart because if the phone was taken apart and put back together properly in the microphone wasn't seated properly it can create this Echo effect as well
you can repair you keyboard but you should be careful for any lost component while repairing. you open the bottom cover, take out membrain & rubber keys, clean them & fix them exactly as you have taken out. this is the only solution. otherwise you have to replace the key board.
The 2060-2 does have speakerphone ability. Simply press the speaker button during the call to switch between speakperphone and "normal" modes. The speaker button is at the lower-right-hand corner of the keyboard, marked with a speaker icon, located below the # key.

Notebook keyboards are not easily fixed--the best thing to do is get a replacement keyboard (unless you want to chance taking it apart yourself).
Adesso keyboards are known to stop working for no reason. Never happened with other brands, but two different Adesso keyboards, on two different computers, started typing random keys. The electronics inside these keyboards are doomed to fail.
Sometimes (and maybe not with this phone) the physical connector to the speaker ( since the speaker is separate from the phone circuitry) can be disconnected. If the phone is not under warranty or you do not have protection insurance, you can carefully take the back case off and see if the speaker has actually become disconnected. Its rarely software.
First of all check the keys carefully to see that no key is depressed(especially Function and Toggle keys) ok. Drag your pc to Safe Mode by pressing F8 key before it boots to Windows. Allow to stabilize on the desktop and try the keys again. If it doesn't work properly here, then I'm afraid it has to be taken to the specialist. Good luck.
