My philips 42 inch plasma model # 42PF9966/37 wont turn on. Red standby light is not on

Hi. Try, in back yours tv on left side of the power corde connector have on hole, inside of this hole have one main switch, using one insulated stick and sheck if this switch is off ( may be not ) but try. If you heva esperience take out the back cover and check the fuse on power board. Good lock

Philips flat screen 42" flashing red light 7 times it stops for 5 seconds and 7 more flashes if i unplug and plug it a few time it will come on

my 42 inch phillips, i turn it on green light comes on for 10 sec then red light comes on and flashes 4 times then stops for 5 sec then repeats.

Sure, you will need to replace the power supply circuit board asap. this will fix your issue.
