Could be the light control switch they do do this when they fail. if you pull it out. the lights should go off. its held in place with 2 clips you need to put a flat blade in the sides of the black square part and wiggle the switch out. replace the hole switch...this box controls the lighting. fogs side lights main beam control and dash lights.

2011 Kia Sorento passenger side brake lights not working

Light bulbs require power and ground in order to work. The ground circuit for the left rear combination lamp is shared between the turn lamp, stop lamp and tail lamp. Because the tail light still works in that specific combination lamp, we know that the shared/common ground for that assembly is OK. The power circuit for both stop lamps (left and right) have the same origin; voltage flows from the STOP LP FUSE (15A) through the DBC RELAY (when the stop lamp switch is pressed) and then to each stop lamp via their respective circuit branches. Because the right stop lamp works, we know that the shared/common fuse, relay and switch are all OK. I'd suspect an open in the left stop lamp power supply branch and would recommending checking for voltage on the green & black wire at the left rear combination lamp assembly to confirm. Regarding the left lamp on the hatch, the wiring diagram indicates these are not stop lamps rather tail lamps only. I'd recommend installing a tail lamp bulb instead of a brake light bulb into that assembly as a first step. I need a fuse box diagram for a 1985 1.3 Opel Kadett Cub

I found these on a site I'm assuming they're in order from number 1
Layout Diagram Parts: Direction signal lamps, Right tail lamp, license plate lamp, instrument lights, Left tail lamp, Interior lamp, Heater motor, stop lights, Horn, windshield wiper
if the fuse is good and the wires are not broken or disconnected it may be the wiper motor is bad

No tail lights

no (park -tail-running lights) is dash parking lamps glowing?
check the tail fuse yet?
94 accord
this circuit is huge, park/tail, up to 20 lamps. are all dead>?
front park, side park, tail park and dash lamps all out.
this i the red-blk feed. all comments , USA, as lighting varies by country. (laws)
license plate light dead too????????? that too is park
there is NO RELAY.
the fuse 32 feeds the HL (head light) switch and in PARK posistion
it feeds 12vdc raw power to all 38 lamps. (side corning lamps, etc)
the license plate lamp is key, there are 2 lamps.
and both probably are not out.
so if they are good lamps and both tail lamps are good and fuse
then they must glow, if one lamp shorts as 1156 or the like love to do
then it blows the fuse. as does the trailer jack (option) .

so fuse 32 park/tail blown
or HL park switch bad, if all 20 odd lamps dead. and fuse holds.
that simple, and this cars wiring is very simple and nice.

Brake light switch

tails lights are the GLOW when the headlights are pulled one cluck or 2, tails are also parking light (one click)
stop lamps HAVE nothing to do with that,
he never said but implies, the brake lamps are dead.
but OP, try posting what is dead, and not mix TL with BL.

my tails lamps are out , whith head lamps on.
or
when i brake , both stop lamps are out.
this will help.

How to wire my tow bar on a vectra b estate

has your car got a bulb failure warning for rear lamps.?if so you will need a relay module to connect the wiring to the rear light clusters to the 7pin trailer connector if not its easy just connect the wirng from the bar to the rear lamps yellow to lh indicator green to rh indicator white to ground red to stop lights black to lh tail lamp brown to rh tail lamp blue to rear fog you may need to uprate the relevant fuses in the vehicle fusebox if you have a 7s aux socket then thats needs wiring to fit in with what you are towing cos there could be a differance as to how its wired but its norm is for a fridge interior lighting battery charging in a caravan etc.

Tail lights do not work. Bulbs are good. Both fuses are good(separate cicuits). What else could it be? Is there a relay involved? Could the switch be defective? thanks! Mike

All the exterior lights run threw the turn signal switch. Except the high mount brake light. If you are talking about brake lights replace the TS switch. Parking lights are a little different. If you have no parking lights front and back, TS switch. If you have front and no back, ground problem. Grounds for the back are usually on the drivers side mounted to the frame.

''96 Silverado no tail lights.

if that doesn't help, you might want to check the bulbs. the damage might have shorted which burned out the bulbs. but you do have one wire that runs to the rear and splits off to the tail lights. the wire should run back to the head light switch via a fuse. the headlights have its own relay. but i hope it is just a fuse.
