Movies World is probably a subscription channel and you are hearing audio only, and have to pay to see the picture. They call it 'Preview Mode' and you often see 5 minutes or less of audio and video at the beginning of the film. If you can hear it, the remote is working. If other channels have sound AND picture, the television and remote are BOTH working.
Senzu seems to be an Australian or NZ set, where as we are in North America. It is always better to buy a copy remote made for the set.
