Keep the connections clean where the plug meets the probes. You may have to prop up the plug so that it won't fall off or disconnect. Unfortunately, this is a poorly designed model and should have never gotten a UL label.

SOURCE: new Goodman condenser unit run almost contiously using too much e
I'm not sure of the kilowatts. The 10 min on and 5 off is telling me there is to much heat by the thermostat or you house needs more insulation. The new compressor is designed for more efficient run time. The other thing is the unit to big for your house? It should run 10 -15 min when low humidity is in the house. Otherwise longer if its pretty warm inside.

SOURCE: Fan Literally came of AC unit! Please help
Maybe. Shut of power to outsde unit. Remove screws holding the wire shield on top in place. You may need to unhook wires to motor. may or right down where they came from. Turn top upside down after removing fan blade from bottom. Check and make sure blade didn't puncture coil. if the hub is still attached to blade you should be able to slide it back on shaft. try to get it back where screw marked shaft and tighten it back in place . some times it it hard to get screw tight if it is on the motor side but you need it tight. Some times a 1/4 inch extentsion turned backward works . Put a wrench on socket end. If hub is broke off you will need a new blade. Becareful not to bend blade as this will cause it to shake when it runs. If this motor was replace recently the company should fix it for free as it was no tightened correctly.

doesnt work at all.
Ummm, this is a tech site where technical and trouble shooting problems are adressed.
Fixya is not associated with the manufacturer of any of your products.
The experts here are not employees of the manufacturers or dealers of your devices.
We are specialists, technicians, etc. who help "do it yourselfers" diganose and repair their own items.
What was the original problem? Not heating up? Or not coming on at all? Ken
