I have a problem on my DX6340. it won't powerm up, even i'd replace a new Battery. does anybody know how to fix it? thx
If powers up on AC adapter but not on new batteries, probably a blown fuse in the battery circuit. Seems to happen frequently, indicating possible problem with this model... but Kodak won't acknowledge and will not repair if not under warranty.
With cost of repair vs cost of higher specs cameras, I replaced mine.

Most of the time, this is caused by a dead button type self recharging internal battery. Kodak won't change this for you, whether within warranty or not. If you a tech or DIY savy, you can open up your camera yourself and replace the dead battery. If not, try to find a camera or electronic repair shop that will do it for you.

IF you still have warranty - then back to the store or Kodak it goes. If it is out of warranty - check Kodak site for tech help- they may offer a swap out for a low price.

camera won't turn on. When I put it on my printer dock it lights up. But when I take it off it won't do nothing
The camera green light blink on and off for about 4 or 5 second then nothing, In the process you can hear a metal mechical processes moving inside.
