I have a Sharp 27Hs60 and sometimes, while watching the tint turns green. Sometimes when I change the channel it pops back to normal color, but then goes back to Green again.
Is this a minor adjustment(there are limited color control options in the menu) whats up?

I'm not sure if this is the same, but people were green no matter how i adjusted the tint, and lacked overall color. I doubled checked the component cables, taking each one out, and putting it back firmly,
Picture is back to normal. Easy fix.
Try turning down (off) the color during such an episode. If the image is tinted pink or green instead of black and white when you do this, you have either an intermittent short in your CRT (tube), which is terminal,or a gun drive problem, which may be repairable. If you're feeding it component instead of composite signal,it may just be a bad connection of the B-Y cable.
Is the green color on displays as well. (Displays means the video generated by changing the volume or activating menu-and seeing if this is green as well. Secondly, turn the color all the way down to zero. Do you see a "normal" black and white picture? If you do, then the picture tubes are not the problem and you have a failure in the color processing area. Let me know....
