Hi, I have a 32" I'art that is that cut off in the middle of watching it too. No sound, no pic, but the blue indicator light stays on and there is an odd clicking noise in that happens every so often.
Does anyone know how much this will cost to repair?
T.v is 4 yrs and a couple weeks old.
thanks.

Yes check High voltage section for anything open Cap,Diode, resistors. Also Power supply check for the same.

I too had this problem. Once I unplugged it from the power strip and plugged it into it's own power source (Away from my DVR, Stereo, DVD and everything else), the problem stopped and it has never done it again.

Yes. We've had the same problem. We need to get this fixed. I'm not sure why it's not working. We haven't had the TV that long.
I was watching TV and all of a sudden my I Art TV just cut off and won't cut back on even if you push the on button. A green light is flashing above the light reads Timer On. It has been two days without any working TV help please.
We have had the EXACT same problem... It is now in the garage...
Hi, we have the EXACT same problem. Our tv is 2 1/2 years old and it just stopped working but the green light stays on. Do you have any ideas for fixing it or did you have to throw it out?
I have the same problem. Mine is a JVC AV-32cf36. The only way the green light will go off is to unplug it. when you plug it back in, you can hear a relay click and the green light comes back on but nothing else happens. Anybody got any ideas?
Thanks, Tom Theiring

has anyone taken their art 32 for repairs? Is this problem under waranty? Has anyone gotten answers from the manufacturer regarding this issue?
My tv suddenly stops working and the screen becomes green. If I hit the tv it somtimes comes back and for few seconds and then it goes death again. The on led starts flashing and I need to unplug and plug it again to have it to work again. Sometimes it stays on for long.
We did call a repairman. He could not fix it. We threw the tv in the garbage!
I have the same problem but mine is 32". It is 4 years old. I turned it off one night and the next morning the picture disappeared. I could still hear the voices but no picture (black screen). The green button still lights.
Any solution?
I have a 27 inch jvc iart that has started to go blank. The green light in the front blinks and the picture goes black and the sound is gone. If I unplug it and plug back in the picture is restored. This is happening 3-5 times a day.

Okay, so you say to check the high voltage section for any open caps, diodes or resistors.... How? What? Where? I have taken apart my tv and don't know what to look for, please be more specific.
