My cell phone has no network connection

So now you have "rice tea"? Try to recover it by opening it up and removing everything you can (battery, sim card, etc). Help it dry using a dry, clean source of blown air for 1/2 hour or so. try filling a bag with rice and placing the ipod in it overnight. should draw out moisture. if doesnt work after that then its fried and should contact manufacturer for warranty info to get a new one

Remove the battery and SIM (if applicable).

Place in bag of uncooked rice.

Leave sitting overnight or for about 8-10 hours.

Then try again, it should work now.
