Where do I plug in the phone charger? - Sanyo PRO-700 Cellular Phone

I doubt they supplied the charger for the phone, as they do not know which phone a customer would have. There are many types of phones with different connectors and output voltages. As a result, you will probably need to supply the charger for the particular phone(s) you have.

That's a really easy process, The chips on the charger port sometime go out of their place, so If your charger plug does not touch these chips, it will not charge you phone. Use a needle and try to get these chips closer to each one, that way when you plug your charger into the phone, it will touch these chips and will charge you phone. you can do this fix through the charger port from outside of your phone.

Battery no good? Has your phone been holding a charge very long prior to this happening? Has your phone been exposed to any liquids??? A lot of phones have plug in chargers that are very delicate...look at the tip of your charger and make sure there is no damage, most importantly check your phone where the charger plugs into. some phones just have 1 simple round tip that plugs into the phone, others have these little flat plugs that have tiny metal prongs that if Not careful can bend or break taking in and out improperly. If everything looks in its place( metal prongs all there and line up with the connecting ones in the phones charger port, Always make sure your charger didnt go bad...Alot of chargers are cheaply made and will just Quit working, causing your battery to completely die and thus your phone will not turn on...You can go to almost any place that sells phones and have them plug in a NEW charger to see if it will turn on...Hope this helps...

Turn it off, & keep it off for a while. It's happened to me as well. Turn it back on & plug the charger in.

Check to see if there are any mechanisms on the charger plug that keep it plugged into the phone. If they seem loose or damaged, replace the charger. Also replace it if the tip of the charger looks in any way deformed. Otherwise, it may very well be a problem with the phone's charger input. Try cleaning the input with some rubbing alcohol as a last resort. If it charges but doesn't stay plugged in, the best thing may be some tape to keep it connected. Hope I could help =)

Hi, would have told you too replace two things on the phone,

The charger and the battery.....

But sometimes the charger port where the charger is being inserted into the phone might be faulty too,

So you will need to test for the charger port. Get a new charger and a new battery, and insert the battery and plug in the charger...if nothing happens, that means you will need repair the charging port....

Consult a phone repairer for help...

Try to use or buy universal charger. Get your battery and charge it to universal charger. so that you can use your phone. This is the easy way so you can use your phone.

After the phone has turned on when you plug it in, you can turn it off. So, plug in the charger, the phone will start charging and turn on. You can then leave the charger plugged in, but just turn the phone off and leave it charging.

Be sure that you are plugging in the right charger because some Nokia chargers are not compatible with the N70..

Also be sure that you are plugging the charger into the right port,The charging port of the N70 is the smallest hole under the phone.

The cigarette lighter plug should also work for the phone charger as long as the phone charger uses the cigarette lighter style plug(long with two metal contacts on the sides and a button contact on the tip). Most standard car chargers will fit both cigarette and auxillary style plugs.
