Well i relooked at it and here is some more detail, The picture seems to be a green then a red then a blue line with the red being the strongest there hazy shaky lines that are 2-3 inches thick in the middle going up and down, the sound still works until recently, because now the tv just shut off while i was playing music and then i tried to turn it back on and the tv just started beeping and it never turned on since.Well i relooked at it and here is some more detail, The picture seems to be a green then a red then a blue line with the red being the strongest there hazy shaky lines that are 2-3 inches thick in the middle going up and down, the sound still works until recently, because now the tv just shut off while i was playing music and then i tried to turn it back on and the tv just started beeping and it never turned on since.

Re:
The shutdown you're experiencing is most likely the x-ray protection circuit sensing an abnormal voltage problem in one or more areas.
And it could be multiple problems causing what you've described.
First I'd start by checking for cold solder joints, specifically on D21, D22, and D23 in the convergence circuit. You will also need to do a trace test on the resistors feeding the convergence amps and the amps themselves may need to be replaced. If this sounds like something that's a bit beyond you're capabilities take it in to a reputable shop. What you're describing is a handful even for the most qualified. At the very least you'll need a good DMM, ESR meter and scope.

Vertical scan section circuit fault. Check and replace damaged component/s at its vertical scan output section circuit. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. the problem is vertical collapse,i am not so sure you can trouble shoot this on your own but you can send the board to eithor pts electronics or tristate module for repair
to get a price get the number off the sticker--left hand board(looking from the back) it will start CTC195---- write down entire number before you call them
Are they thin, white lines running east to west? If so, they are called retrace lines and indicate that the screen settings for the picture tubes is set too high or there may be a mal-function of the CRT driver circuitry. Try adjusting the screen controls which are located behind the front grill of the TV behind an access panel. Once you remove the grill and access panel, you'll see a small control assembly the has two sets of controls. Three for adjusting the red, green, and blue focus, the other, the red, blue, and green screen controls. To adjust correctly, put the TV on an unused input(dark, blank picture) and adjust until there are no visable retrace lines or color in the image.
I followed GuestUser/ Slinteriors advice and I fixed it. Open the front of the TV and there are 6 little nobs in the front. The botton 3 are what you need to adjust. from left to right the color controls are BLUE, RED GREEN. For the blue lines, slightly (I really mean very slightly) turn the botton left nob clockwise (right).
