HELP ME!!!!! I gave my mp3 to a friend and he put music on it. I got it back the next day at school and listened to it for an hour, the battery went dead so i changed it and the blue screen would come on then shut off again! I put about 15 new different batteries in it and it still wouldn't work and i dont have enough money to buy a new one or pay for repairs etc. I didn't do anything to it like drop it or whatever! It just sat in my pocket. Other than that I haven't done anything to it! Please Help Me! desperate

The mp3 player played really good. it went dead and I've tried charging in an outlet and on my laptop and it's not taking a charge

this is for the manufacturer and it seems to contradict itself a little it says a recgargeable battery then at the end it says it isn't hope it helps

From the Manufacturer

Put video, music, and photos in the palm of your hand with the Massively Mini Media player! A 128MB onboard memory means you can store almost 2 hours of digital music, up to 1 hour of video, up to 1,200 photos, or a combination of all three depending on file size. Want to listen to your favorite FM radio station? The built-in digital FM stereo radio and recorder let you record and save your favorite songs while you're listening! A 1.1-inch OLED color display is sized just right for personal viewing. Convenient touchscreen controls and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery make it easy to use! Wear your player around your neck and, with two headphone jacks, a friend can plug into your player and listen along! System requirements: PC with USB port. Microsoft Windows 2000/XP. DirectX 9.0c or above is required for video-conversion software. Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent. 128MB RAM. Media player comes with earbuds, USB cable, and video-conversion software. Includes non-rechargable/non-replaceable lithium-ion battery.

How to unblock playlist.com from school computers

Ask your School's computer network administrator why they blocked playlist.com and youtube.com.

(most likely to save internet bandwidth usage or because of copyright infringement issues that could cost the school if caught and fined)

Maybe you could ask the system administrator if the legally purchased mp3 files on your ipod could be put on a usb stick and played ?
There may be a copyright issue as copyright for clubs, pubs, venues, schools is not the same as the copyright that your home entertainment copyright on your mp3 files has.

I listen to the music for 1 hour. I turn the lock switch off. The next day the Go gear MP3 has completely discharged. I re charge it on the pc. The screen reads 'Fully charged'. The same thing...

There are two things possible.
1) You have defective re chargeable batteries in your GoGear.
2) There is some short circuit because of which the re chargeable cells are discharging.
Either way you should get the system changed. If you want to confirm if its the battery defect or GoGear. Charge the system fully and play music continuously. If the Go Gear plays for about 4 hours with out break---- its not the battery but the charging system.

My Mp3 Player is Frozen

Never mind I've fixed it now. (:

After trying all the things above I gave up and just waited a few hours for the battery to run out. Now I've plugged it back into the PC to charge it and it's unfrozen.

Hope this solution works for you too. =D

Even I had same problem. When showed it to technical person, he told me that battery has fused off due to water.

My mp3 won't load or play songs

Try calling the costomer survice line. Then catalog all of the things you were doing while you were listening to the mp3. Did you drop it in water? Was it out in extream cold or heat?? Has it been on for more than 5 hours at a time. Sometimes your system will over heat if you have it on to long. I hope I helped, im not an expert, but still I own one of these, so i have some experience
