Ur convergence is dead.U know how to solders?Must replaced 2 convergence ICS,and some or all it resistors.Tries websites Tv repair World.com,Tvrepairkits.com to buy a convergence kit to repair it ur self.The shop will cost u $300 for parts and labors.

The first thing to do is try another HDMI source as the source you have now and the TV could possibly be incompatible. If still doesn't work with another device then try cleaning out the HDMI port on the TV because dust on the contacts can cause issues as well. If that all fails then the HDMI receiver on the main board is most likely bad. In that case it is much easier to use the component connections instead. best advise i can give is hope your warranty is still in effect.. although there is slim chance of a loose connection on control if you want to double ck remove screws on rear edge of top and remove top by sliding back and off control bd may on right front corner or on rear rail..seriously doubt daughter's boyfriend caused problem seen f01 on month old machines

It's dead. The water in the beer would cause most of what it contacts to short out and fry.
