The system Primary HDD is protected by a a password aythentication system,it says that I cant access data on this hard drive without the correct password

Sorry you are out of luck. There is no easy cure for this. You will have to pay good money to have the password removed. There are some dell models out there (very few) that you may find a cheap priced software (no even sure if it is legitimate) that can give you the removal code but i would not trust it. Contacting dell to have the hdd replaced or sent in for password removal is option one. option two is to contact and pay a nice price to the hdd maker. the other option is to just replace the drive. If you have nothing needed on the drive, then just replace it. the cost is cheaper than password removal.

Where/how did you get this laptop? Did this appear the first time you turned it on or have you been using it? Under what circumstances did it start doing this? The hard drive is encrypted, but depending on the answers to those questions I might be able to give you a better answer.
Thank you all.
