I got this MP3 player as a gift for Christmas and I couldn't get it to show up under MY COMPUTER so I could load music. My son-in-law, who is a whiz at all of this stuff tried to figure it out but he couldn't either. There is no software that comes with the player (at least it didn't with mine) so I don't know what to do to make it work!
