I don't know if you have got your manual yet but the breville customer care on 0800525089 will send you an email PDF aattachment free of charge for any brevillle product.

Hi, I just searched to the end of the internet and found a few links that are no longer in use. A few other websites claimed that they had a manual, but a few I tried did not have it either.
