1. reset your password using alternate email id
2. reset your password using security questions
3. reset your password using your phone number

Unfortunatley the only password that you can reset for your phone os the blackberry id . and you only get 10 ATTEMPTS AND THEN YOUR PHONE WILL BE WIPED FOR SECURITY REASONS

Sorry to say this,

but you need to take your phone to the nearest nokia showroom / service centre. There only they can atleast get your data out safely. Alternatively you may also try some software tool on the net too, but most of them are malicious, take care

You should be able to reset by turning on the phone without the SIM card inside, entering *2767*2878# and waiting for the phone to reset
