It's possible that the system is either no longer sensing that its ice reserves are full (if I am reading your question correctly) or that the water supply to the icemaker isn't shutting off, instead slowly drip flowing over the ice cubes until they solidify into a continuous glacier. I recommend thawing the icemaking system out and cleaning everything up with a bleach-water mixture, then testing your sensor and water supply.
Dirt in body of icemaker water supply valve. OR. Ice maker timer stuck when it selected "add water to icemaker. The first solution is simple, change icemaker water filter and disassimble valve to clean. The second is simple, buy a new icemaker.
pull line off of the back of fridge to see if water comes out if not its where ever you have that line taped into yuur water supply for the fridge had the same problem hard water clogged up the tee off take it off poke some thing in the little hole make sure you have the water shut off to the water supply when was the last time you changed the filter in you fridge it could be tht too
The routing of the water line is house water supply into built i filter on refrig, out of the filter into the water inlet valve on back of ref, larger dimeter tube from valve into water tank behind crispers in ref, chills water, out to door, smaller diameter tube from valve into icemaker
seeing where you said all lines are in place i believe the issue is that the refrig isn't properly cooling? the first to affected when not cooling is icemaker/water dispenser
First of all you need make sure that your freezer is freezing enough. Sometimes everything will seem to be freezing ok, but it won’t be cold enough to make the icemaker work. The best way is to squeeze your ice cream, if you have any that is.
Then you need to make sure that the ice level sensing arm is in the down/on position.
If all of this checks out ok, then you need to make sure that nobody turned off the water supply that is sometimes located under the kitchen sink. Also make sure that the ice bucket is positioned properly so as to trigger the ice bucket sensing switch.
If all of this checks out ok, let me know and I can guide you through an icemaker diagnosis by forcing it into a harvest mode.
Should be no longer than 24hrs. Is the freezer good and cold.. has to reach a certain temp before icemaker activates.
Might take little longer if you put a lot of warm things in freezer or refrig. when you made the change.
Is there any water or ice in the icemaker itself? Water may not be getting to icemaker
call them back out if it dont work soon thats what warrantys for :0)
