Picture quality My picture is blurry and the color is like a neon look. It was fine last night and this morning the picture is all messed up. I tried to change the tv setup on the menu bar but it didn't help any.

The colors on my Hitachi 57F500 projection TV have turned to strongly blue and orange, it is blurry as well. I tried to correct with the settings, but it did not help. Many of the settings are already on 100% in order to get at least a picture we can watch

Does the unit have a flash or auto focus function? Check your menu. Some of the newer projection TV's have a auto focus function that may correct the problem.

Green horizontal lines on screen no picture

The green CRT's (color picutre tube or color wheel, or ballast) will need to be tested for replacement.
It is quite common with these tv's

You will need an ohmmeter and or voltmeter and test each component for currency and accuracy

Picture Quality

A blue tint would be the color balance in the white balance settings in the menu. Go set the white balance to "Auto" if he pictures are blurry, you could have dirty lens. Take a q tip and wipe it down without and solution to it. Otherwise you could have faced a possible impact damage. Was the camera dropped, bumped, or knocked around. This can be fixed. I recommend sending it to the camera doctor.

He can fix it faster and cheaper than the manufacture. Impact damage is not covered by warrantys.
