Hello, when I pluged my second gen 80gb Zune into my computer today, it fired up the zune page and let me go through my collection as normal, but the ikon on the bottom left of the page told me no Zune was conected, when I checked the task bar for safely removing hardware it offered the Zune as an option but still the ikon remained blak, I tried rebooting it, and changing sync cable and usb socket with no effect, the unit behaves fine otherwise but does not seem to connct or sync properly with mt pc, any ideas? Cheers

try to restart it or whatever try clicking The arrow button then up on the keypad. make sure you downloaded the software. and updated.

I had the same problem... To fix it, I deleted all the videos on my zune. Then, from my computer, I drag and dropped them back onto the zune one at a time. It worked.

i get the same exact problem what i do is restart my computer and plug my zune into a diffrent usb port(i have 4...2 in the front and 2 in the back) and my back ones work fine try that and let me know if it works
