Clean the drum unit by opeing it and cleaning the wiper blades etc. In case it does not help please replace the drum unit Happy faxing Omipresent

Hi,

First of you will have to purcahse a Panasonic Drum Unit for you fax.

Inside the drum unit yu will have detailed instructions, you will open up the fax in the front take aout the old and install the new.

Is there laser fax model 612? Its the same as 611 or not?

Yes those Panasonic models are the same just the KX-FL 612 is different from KX-FL 611 in some specifications like as example:
611 prints maximum 14 pages per minute and 612 prints 16 pages per minute. The document feeder on 611 can feed maximum 20 pages while 612 can feed 30 pages and some other compare stuff like those.
Mainly KX-FL 612 is improved version of KX-FL 611

Call Sevice 4

reset the unit..press menu#9000*550 Then press start.Call service 3 has something to do with the temperature of the unit check thermostat @ the fuser unit.replace it because the thermostat is not switching to on/off condition although it reaches its peak temperature.
