Either the flow meter, scale, or low pressure from your mains. All of these could be caused by scale or even an old water filter. Is it constantly filling even the machine not in use, or just when your brewing, the pump keeps on running? If it is constantly filling that means you filling solenoid valve are mechanically open already. if only when brewing, check you water level sensors.

I have the same machine. I just went on the coffee geeks website and it is easily solved. Just add a few grains of salt to the reservoir - the sensor cant detect water that is purified - strange but true as four grains and it fired up just like that.
