It is detecting a high current load when trying to turn the tub. Lift the top of the washer by using a putty knife and insert it between the top and front panels about 3 inches from each side, push in the clip and lift the top. You will find a tech sheet glued to the inside of the front panel in a plastic bag. Go to page 3 and look up your error code, it will refer you to page 4, test #3. I explains how to test the motor assembly.
I would like to thank Richard Roth for the information he shared with me on my MTW66000 washer. I had a F54 code which is a current overload at the motor. What worked for me I unplugged the washer from the wall for a couple of days. I checked all connection and found a loose wire down at the motor. I gave the washer power and now I am in business.
Thank you so much! I really love my job!

The F54 code is usually just a friction problem, something stuck between the tubs. Try spinning the tub by hand and if it does not spin freely then this is your problem. Remove inner tub look for clothes stuck between tubs.

Is this a FAV6800A or FAV9800A machine? I would normally ask for clarification but I can’t post a pic with a clarification question. I’m an owner of a FAV6800A.
I assume the error code was “ND”.
Did you open up the pump housing to expose the impeller? Make sure it hasn’t broken loose from the motor shaft and is freewheeling.
Sounds like you have checked the Sump Cap for any clogs and drain hose to drain pump for a clog.
If your machine is not a FAV6800A or FAV9800A then please disregard my solution please don't vote on the solution.
This forum doesn’t require Machine Model Number or Serial Number which is a big mistake.....Rich

unplug and remove rear access panel to the motor pulley, remove the 6 3/8 inch bolts and the large center bolt holding the stator brake cover on,unplug the "Hall-Sensor" at the bottom of the stator,it has a plug with 4 wires coming out of it,this component senses motor speed and tells the computer how fast and which direction of motor rotation, when this component goes defective it tells the computer the motor isnt turning and is locked, replace it and it again will work

It sounds like the Outer Bearings are going due to a leaky Tub Seal. Bothe can be repaired and have done on this site. This site has no way to reference past post to machine issues. I no longer post on this site no way to post a Sticky for machine issues. If you want to DIY the repair Google this phrase ""Sticky: Neptune TL Washer FAV6800AWW""" Read the post Part 1; DC or UC unbalance error codes in Spin Cycle what is causing this issue? Part 2 for the fix action.
I have helped owners of theFAV6800A and FAV9800A machines here but I prefer a tru DIY site.
Post your issue in the repair forum not in the Sticky. Please include your Model Number i.e. FAV6800A or FAV9800A and I will help you.

You will probably need to replace your drum drive shaft assembly. Its one piece and our part at our local appliance service center gave us a price of $217. Not including labor if you need them to install it.
