My cell phone is supposed to automatically renew each month with the credit card I used in starting service. A message on the phone says the CC will be charged and your phone service continue without interruption. Somehow the ID protection run by Discover shut down my card without any notification to me.This was the cause of the shutdown not happening automatically.This is my Business cell and absolutly necessary to conduct my business.Credit card reactifated ASAP.
The solution is very simple, if you CC is not activated soon, go to the service provider customer care and tell them the problem. Asked them that till your CC issue is not resolved you shall pay manually and they shall open your services with in a matter of minutes. There are providers who even facilitate by even providing services of sending customer care representatives to collect money from your mentioned place.
