Same problem that several people are having. The tv worked great then Pop! no video. I have yet to waste my time with either manufacturer or place of purchase until I investigate this issue further, but sign my up if anyone decides to file a complaint against Zenith/LG for this highway robbery. We have very low hours on this television, maybe 6 hours a week. So, 20 months would probably equate to 15 months for regular tv viewers.
Sign me up to. Mine is 23 months old with same problem. [email protected]

I purchased this tv 2/06 and it went POP in 04/07. Less than 60 days after my warranty expired. Went back and forth with Zenith for several months. I refused to take NO for an answer. Customer service stinks and you have to be very persistent. They eventually agreed to fix it. Repairs cost over $2000 and I have my tv back. Next time it breaks just going to throw it out. Zenith sucks.
