Hey nunu21,
Try this and let me know if it helped:
1. Connect your MP3 to your computer
2. Doubleclick My computer
3. Right click on the icon of the MP3 drive
4. Choose "Format"
Hope it works :-)

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. When the player is connected to your computer you can add and delete the music files. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer. You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now your mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

Connect the MP3 player to your computer using the USB cable.
The computer will see this as an external drive or removable disk.
Click on this MP3 device and open the folder where the MP3 music files are located, then click to highlight the music files you want to delete and then press the DEL (delete) key to remove them from the MP3 player. This is the same procedure in deleting files from your computer's hard disk.
Hi, Simply connect your MP3 player with your PC open the songs folder delet the songs which no more needed and copy new songs from your pc and paste it on your MP3 player songs folder. And now your Mp3 player is ready to rock. Thanks for using FIXYA.
Don't erase any files other than music files - don't erase system, dat, hidden, or ini files - you will destroy your mp3 player.
