I received my Snugli carrier without instructions and when I tried to put my 4 week old daughter in it, there seemed to be insufficient neck support and she sat up too high with her head unsupported.
Could someone please explain the best way to adjust the harness and also what should I be using to ensure the correct neck support. I can't quite understand which and how I attach the padded cushions.
Many thanks
I have the same problem. The link provided doesn't help. There is a tiny video on the Snugli website, but only for larger babies in the facing-out position. There is no information or instructions for small babies or for babies facing inward. My daughter is 4 weeks old and this carrier makes her slump badly so she cannot breathe and her head is not supported at all. How to I make it work?I have the same problem. You can get a user manual, check the FAQ's and they have several installation and adjustment instruction videos.
Hope this helps :)

Call Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921. I called gave them the model and manufacturing date and they emailed me the instruction manual. They will also fax or send regular mail too. The model and manufacture dates are on inside of carrier next to where the armpit level is. Hope this helps

is it possible that your PO number stands for produced on number you may be able to use that as the manufactor date
on my snugli you put the baby in facing out and you fold the top of the front down and buckle it where youwould for the head support if they were facingin hope it helps and if it does can you leave me a good rating thanks
If you are using the same one that I have...you put it on the same way as if the baby if front facing against you instead you place the baby outward and the piece that would normally support their head folds down in half away from you and the 2 straps that supported the head now holds that piece folded down and gives the baby added support when you lean forward. I hope this helps if not post another problem and I will try to explain again. Good Luck...
