SYSTEM ERROR E100 on canon IR1018

SOURCE: Canon 405 Problem

when i start copy Error E100 occurs. How do i solve this problem please immediately send me the manual of canon 405 and immediately send me solution of this problem.

first replace the drum (i.e the photoconductive cylinder)

1) Drum unit
Is the drum unit installed in host machine?
NO : Install the drum unit.
2) Connection
Is the connection of the connector (J908) on the BD detection
PCB, connector (J907) of the laser unit, and connector (J102) on
the DC controller PCB normal?
NO : Correct the connection.
3) Laser/scanner unit, DC controller PCB
Try replacing the laser/scanner unit. Is the fault corrected?
YES : End.
NO : Replace the DC controller PCB.

BD detection PCB failure
The BD detection PCB is faulty.

- Check the connector of the BD detection PCB.
- Replace the laser scanner unit.
- Replace the DC controller PCB

just enter service mode & reset ( CLEAR ALL )
