I have the exact same problem. Check to make sure the AC power box isn't making a ticking noise. It could indicate a faulty box. I'm getting mine checked out asap. I'll let you know how it goes!

every motherboard should have a led light always on to indicate that there if power in it. the problem with system rebooting has to do with the ram or processor, since you said it does not recognize the hdd at times that means that the ram is working abnormally i.e it is week, u know ram means random access memory, so change the ram and make sure u get the right ram for your system

If that is going across a routed network, check all your routing configuration. A lot of 'one-way' calls are caused by incorrect routing.

Make sure that the subnets for each of the phones can get to each other, and if possible try putting them on the same subnet for a trial to make sure that works.
