Apparently there isn't that many reviews out there yet, for an Acer Aspire 7551-7606
(I found one, and it was SERIOUSLY lacking)

From Acer Support,

http://support.acer.com/acerpanam/notebook/2010/Acer/Aspire/Aspire7551/Aspire7551sp2.shtml

Input and Output: HDMI port

I would think that slot next to the Ram Memory is for a Wireless Module. ('Wireless Card')

I believe the Acer T77H167.07 module is used. Used in a LOT of Acer laptops,

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Acer-Aspire-7741Z-Atheros-Wifi-Wireless-Card-T77H167-07-HF-AR5B97-/251001063265

Now would it use a Mini-SATA slot, or a Mini-PCI-E slot?

Mini-PCI-Express slot. You wouldn't want a wireless module using a slow SATA slot.

It's probably PCI-Express 2.0 technology that is used.

The best that SATA will move data is, SATA 3 at 6Gigabits per Second, (6Gb/s)

[NOTE*
Not Bytes -> Bits.
A Byte is considered to be 8 bits.
8 Characters. Whether they are numbers, letters, or symbols.
A bit is considered to one character ]

PCI-Express 2.0 with a 32-lane connector can transfer data back, and forth at 16GB/s

16 GigaBytes per Second,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_Express#PCI_Express_2.0

8 GB/s one direction (Send), and 8GB/s the other direction. (Receive)

Thank you for the info, but my wireless card is above my ram and installed. This slot im asking about is to the right of the ram and looks simular to the the slot the wireless card is in. the opening is taller and a bit wider than the one the wireless is in.

http://www.insidemylaptop.com/disassembl... Step 12 photo. The rectangular opening to the right of the Ram Memory slots? Dunno. Isn't installed here either. Do you have Bluetooth? It looked to be an option in the Acer Support specifications, but I can't be sure. Here is the Bluetooth Module, and Cable,http://www.dhgate.com/2-1-bluetooth-modu... Scroll down to the photos; little more than half page.

SOURCE: Skype video using Acer Aspire Mini Laptop camera?

If you have a WEB camera you need to configure your video Webcam settings. Open Skype click on Tools - Options - Video Settings - select your Webcam model. When you open Skype click on Tools - Options - Audio Settings and click on Microphone and select the microphone you are using and save the setting.
If you still have problems with your mic. then - To test if the microphone is working, go to Start - Programs - Accessories - Entertainment - Sound Recorder and record you voice. Can you see your voice recording, the green line should vary as you speek.
If you see a flat green line, then the microphone is either faulty or the wrong microphone is selected.

SOURCE: have ACER ASPIRE ONE MINI PC, have broadband service can't get

You first need to establish that you have internet available to your router via cable modem, dsl, etc. Unless your modem is also your wireless router. Take your ethernet connection or cable that resembles a large phone cable and plug in your Acer One directly into the router. You should then be able to get internet. If not, you may have a problem with your internet in general and need to contact your Internet Service Provider. Also if possible try another pc, see if it has internet. Lastly try reinstalling wireless diver in device manager.

In my acer aspire 7721 I would like to install a new soundcard! some say this is not possible! is someone know this for sure? if i can or not? it would be an soundblaster audigy???

Yes you can. A Soundblaster Audigy FX would work. Be careful to get a PCIe card, and not the older style PCI card. Your PC ships with several free PCIe slots.
2 (total) / 1 (free) x PCIe 2.0 x16
1 (total) / 1 (free) x PCIe x4
1 (total) / 1 (free) x PCIe 2.0 x1

You should install the sound card in the PCIe 2.0 x1 slot if possible. If not any of the others should work as well.

What is the slot next to the ram slots on a acer aspire 7552g motherboard

Wireless Module. Also known as Wireless Card.

Scroll down, look at the photo in Step 12.
Now look at the photo in Step 16.

http://www.batterysupport.com/acer-aspire-7551g-5407-card-p-331342.html

Two cables (Wires) connect to the Wireless module, go through the body of the laptop, up into the Display Assembly, and to a wireless antenna.

I have an acer aspier desk top i looked in back and took out one of my ram to see what type it was then i put it back in now when i turn my computer on i have a blank screen and a long never ending beep

Take the cover back off and reseat the ram. You may have to reseat the ram a few times until it makes good contact. Sometimes dust falls into the slot, so blow out the slot too. Also, make sure the hump in the slot aligns with the notch on the ram stick. Of course, don't forget to be sure the latch clicks in place,

If i change the ram stick will my pc reconise it

Yes.

Provided,
1) It is no more than the maximum amount, for that ram memory slot.

2) Adding it, will not go over the Maximum Total Amount for the motherboard.

If this pertains to an Acer Aspire T135 desktop computer,

A) The Maximum Total Amount is 2GB.

B) The Maximum Amount for Each ram memory slot is 1GB.

C) PC3200 is the best you can use.
DDR Sdram at 400MegaHertz. (400MHz)

[It can also use PC2100, and PC2700.

DDR Sdram at 266MHz, and DDR Sdram at 333MHz, respectively ]

Once you install the ram memory, BIOS should automatically find it.

If you are only going to use one ram memory module, be sure to put it in Slot 1.
The Processor reads ram memory in Slot 1 first.

[Slot 1 is closest to the Processor.
It may have DIMM 1 printed on the motherboard, next to Slot 1 ]

I need help choosing a video card - part 2

PCI is the older, slower format, PCIe is newer and faster, but your system MUST support PCIe or it won't work.
So easy option is to find if your system supports PCIe and then get whichever is suitable.

you may consider if no display at LCD and VGA monitor both:
1) you may change RAM or change the RAM slot
2) take out the wireless card from MINI PCI slot
3) still black screen that should be any damage of display chips or isolated memory (all BGA chips)on the motherboard
hope it help you troubleshooting
