I bought a razr v3 cell phone on ebay. I just through my sim card in and went. It worked for about 4 weeks and then the service went dead. I thought it was just a dead spot but the service never came back. I did a master reset on it, I tryed searching all networks (it said no network available) What should I do?
This could be a couple of problems. A it could be a software problem and could be fixed by updating your software on motorola.com. Otherwise it be a blown antenna. Just for you future refference, unless it's from a phone company or wireless provider Online is a terrible place to get anything to do with cell phones. In fact, there is often times more counterfiet and defective items available than legitimate. eBay is actually the worst for this.
