Usually when you get a blue screen an error shows up on the page. This error can assist in solving the problem! The error is something like STOP 0x00000000 You might need to try it one more time to get the stop error! Write down any error messages or filenames of the screen! cause sometimes stop errors are caused by faulty programs! Search support.microsoft.com for the meaning of the stop error or post back information to this post so that i can see what could be the problem! Another question, Do you have sp2 installed? regards, babb

Well I was able to get the computer going again until I restarted it. Now it will not turn on at all. I am thinking it is the power switch? Any suggestions besides buying a new computer?
