You cannot use a cellular phone as an internet modem, as a cellular phone cannot be set to share connection and work as a proxy.

You need to buy a 3g usb modem, like a huawei , and put the sim card inside.

This information relates to LG KP110 in particular.
If you are looking for an application with which you can manage Contacts, SMS, MMS, To Do, Memo, etc on you phone from you PC, then the answer is LG PC Sync software (like PC Suit for Nokia Phones). This is a 202 MB file. It is difficult to locate it directly on all LG websites, but some regional sites host this file. You can search for "KP110" on google. For example, it is available on "http://ir.lgmobile.com/web/web.support.manualRF.laf" as the first link (it is an Arabic site). Some more site may also host this file. Try your luck.
Please note that this software (and LG KP110 Phone) only support SERIAL data cable. A cable supplied with this this phone in the box (that attach to USB port) is not supported with this software (though you can use this USB cable to access the memory card on your phone as a USB pen drive). So you must procure a SERIAL data cable (that attach on COM port of your PC) to use this software.
Please also note that this particular data cable may not be easy to find in the market. Perhaps some LG Service Centre may provide it on a special request.

u can use the mobile as mass storage mode without pc suit............just connect them and in mobile screen select mass storage then
after in pc tray the device installed and ready to use will appear then u can access them
