Screen colors randomly and abruptly change. Still see images and read text. Most dominent is blue hues. After a while (15 - 20 minutes) goes to normal and then intermitently returns.
Removed R, G & B jacks one at a time - no change but replaced cable anyway. Downloaded latest firmware for video card (NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420). Always set to 60Hz, 800x600, 32 bit. Problem not going away. Could it be video card or monitor or other???

Re:
To prove which Card or monitor are you in the position of either
A- getting hold of another monitor
or
B Another computer connected to troublesome monitor
Either way will establish which is the troublesome one.

Your going to have to take it in to a service center to get the white balance adjusted its not something you would want to try yourself, other option would be change the main board
Selecting
the right image can be a bit tricky. You'll want to choose an image
with great left and right edges and isn't overly busy. The idea is to
enhance the text in the center of the screen not over power it.

If
you don't already have an appropriate photo or graphic on your hard
drive , visit websites such as SXC.HU or Flicker.com to search for and
download a royalty free or Creative Commons license Image.
3
Now
that you've got your image, you need to add it to your profile. After
logging into your account at Twitter, click "Settings" in the top menu.
Then the "Design" tab and finally "Change Background image." Click the
browse button and locate the image on your hard drive. Then click "Save
Changes"

At
this point, you'll probably notice that the default colors of the text
and table elements look completely awful so click "Change Design
Colors" and we'll take care of that.
In
a new browser window or tab, go to http://colr.org and click the "load
your own" button below the random image and either enter the web
location of your image or load it from your hard drive. If you need
assistance with this step, visit Colr.org's help link at the top right
of the page.
Now
that you can select coordinating colors simply experiment with your
scheme by copy and pasting the color notations into the various design
color boxes. The layout will adjust in real time so you can easily see
how the color looks in the layout.
that's got t o do with personnel preference and room lighting , but as a general rule adjust color hue's till the edges of a white color object on screen has just lost its primary color edge
the older projection TV's actually have voltage numbers for the service tech to adjust them too , but im not remembering seeing any in the LCD manuals

Double check the wb settings in camera, (and be sure to check WB Shift) I'd suggest adding a Blue shift to your images to compensate for the Amber until you find something thats a decent trade off, if you can't eliminate the amber shift.
