You can try using compressed air can to clean the keyboard, maybe that will fix it. But if it's caused by wear and tear or you have spilled some liquid on the keyboard, you need to buy a replacement.
A keyboard for your laptop is around 17$ with free shipping:

When typing on my hp laptop my keyboard skips letters

The letters that are left out, are they constantly being left out? Push each letter while in notepad and check to see which letter/s are not working.

It is likely that your keyboard is worn and needs replacing. See a computer technician or claim warranty support.

Take care!

My letter k on my keyboard does not work how can i fix it

Plug in a USB keyboard into your laptop and see if the letter "k" works on it.If it does, then your laptop keyboard isn't working properly.

If the USB keyboard letter k doesn't work, then there is a Windows operating system issue that is keep your letter k from working.

What is your laptop brand and model?

Letters on keyboard are producing numbers instead of letters, letter k gives 2, letters u gives 4 etc

that is the keypad for a keyboard to get back those letter you will need to press the Fn button and on the top of the keyboard where there is a list of F button press the one that looks like a keyboard. if that doesnt work try Fn and num lock

I am having trouble when I try to type double letters....like the t in letter - it's like the second t is sticking. It is doing it with all the letters that are consecutive....been, etc.

That's strange never seen this before, have you've tried a different keyboard to see if another keyboard works. If another keyboard works then it is definately the keyboards problem, and it is probably easiest to just replace the keyboard. You could try cleaning the keyboard as well look online for the proper way to clean a keyboard.

When I use the keyboard only some letters work

Replace the keyboard -- it would cost $50 to $100 to "clean" and/or "trouble-shoot" the keyboard.

Try to _NOT_ spill coffee/pop into the replacement keyboard.

LifeBook T4210, some letters ont the keyboard doesn't work

hello

Some of the letters stop working due to dust that stuck between the pad and board..Or due to degradation.

So you can try cleaning the keyboard with vacuum cleaner and clean properly between the keys.

If the keys still don't work you can replace the keyboard as it is replaceable.

Thank you

Some letters can't be typed

You need to replace the whole keyboard since the 4 letters is not working at all. You cannot change only 4 letter keys from your laptop.

Note: If machine is under warranty no need to pay for the repairs.
