Question about NorStar Meridian M7310 Phone
Hi I have been tying to lower the volume on my meridian phone using the volume control bar but it doesn't go down or up.The volume control bar itself is not working ,is there a feature by which i can control the volume either than *80 because even in this feature i have to use the volume bar which i mentioned earlier is not working. Please advise.
If the volume bar does not adjust the ring you here when you do Feature * 80 and press up or down then send the phone in for repair.

Sounds like a stuck button.
Do what I call the rake... swipe at the keypad over and over, look to see if there is any button lower or depressed on the keypad or buttons.
Someone may have spilled something on it (cola, coffee), and the set may require to be taken apart if there is a stuck button.

SOURCE: How to volume up the voice?
For the volume try adjusting the volume while you are on the line. As for the feature buttons press feature (star) * 0 then the desired buttons and it will tell that button's feature. If the volume still doesn't work pull the cord on the back of the phone to reboot the phone itself and try the same thing again.
