Convex red and blue lines looping at the top and bottom of the Screen

You almost certainly have one or more blown capacitors on the board (probably just one). You will need to open it up, find the blown capacitor (convex top, instead of flat), and replace it. If you are unsure about doing soldering work on a board, get a friend who does this kind of thing. It's not expensive.

The most likely cause is shorted convergence chips and possibly a few pico fuses.

These sets need to have all three colors - RED - BLUE - GREEN - lined up correctly on the screen in order for the picture to look normal. This is called convergence.

When its out of alignment the video will look 3-D, wavy, distorted, etc. Most of the time you just need to adjust your convergence in the menu. If you cannot adjust it in the menu - then your convergence is broken and needs to be repaired. its not due to the fuse.its the problem of the ic on the maIN BOARD of the tv just check out for the faulty on the main board with multi meter and replace it.

If you do not see convergence in menu then you have open fuse FL231

sounds like the convergence ICs have failed. Will the red and blue move in all 4 directions when you try to adjust the convergence? If not the convergence ICs are bad replace both of them also check the resistors that power the ICs as they may be open as well.
