Clean the lens of the cd drive,if still the same prblem,check another good/clean cd..if still the same...replace the lens or the cd drive.nothing else..

This drive is not a cd burner. It is only a 24X CD "reader". This means that it reads the cds but not write on a blank one. Here is a link to specs if you need:
