go to the main menu in DVR find network setup and give it static IP
Example :
IP: 192.168.1.100
Gateway : 192.168.1.1
subnet: 255.255.255.0
then go to your monitor device (computer or smart phone)
inter the IP address (192.168.1.100)
into your browser address bar

Go to setup or setting and look for record setting or schedule for recording.
Change the setting to your requirement

server port you can find at dvr setup menu in network category
user name can use admin

Please visit the below website, ad then select the model number and the product to download the driver(software) of your DVR. The product should be on the box or on the original invoice of the DVR.
You can download the product code SW244-DUM or SW242-DU2.
Please check on the invoice so download the right one, or else can try both of these one by one.

u need a public ip with an open port, and portforward the port with the ip of ur dvr

What spyware software did you run? Do you have the name of the software?

many spyware software available on the internet are actually viruses and malware.

Download the file combofix from the link below and run it on your system. This should remove all viruses and errors on your machine
