SOURCE: goodman model 135-5 furnace fan and induce motor

Is there a thermal Fan/Limit switch in this furnace? If so you may need to tweak the low range setting so it can turn off the blower.

SOURCE: Fan does not turn off even after disconnecting

Are you referring to the fan on the external mechanism, or the internal air handling fan?
The external fan is not controlled by the internal thermostat. it is controlled by the thermos-witch of the compressor. The external fan may or may not run when the motor is operating. it depend totally on the temperature of teh compressor, and not the internal thermostat.
It the internal air handling fan is running continuously,it may be a a problem with the fan setting. check if the fan is set to 'ON' instead of 'AUTO', and correct it.
Incidentally the fan operation I described, is for modern, energy efficient heat systems. This is a energy saving design incorporated in all heating systems including automobile radiator fans.

I have a goodman modle gms80703ana and at first the inducer fan would kick on in it's normal cycle then the furnace would shut off do to a pressure switch. Now the inducer fan only come on perodicaly...

First unplug your furnace to reset it then plug it back in with thermostat set to heat high enough to make the heat come on. As soon as the inducer motor came on you JUMP the 2 wires that go to pressure switch. Your igniter should come on and gas valve should open for heat. If the flame stay on the blower should come on after a few minutes. If it get to this point your problem could be pressure switch itself or inducer clogged.

My goodman split system AC unit is running but the fan won't run even when I switch it to fan on thermostat. Any ideas please?

Did you notice if there was a click at the blower cabinet when you were switching the fan switch back and forth? If it clicks you probably have a bad fan motor. If it doesnt you may a bad thermostat, relay or relay board. Hope this helps good luck

Air handler fan cuts on runs a few minutes and then cuts although thermostat is set to off.

your thermostat could be wired in to a energy recovery venilator which will bring the unit on for a certain amount of time every hour some thermostats have recirculate mode which will do the same thing to help filter the air

Goodman Air Handler motor will not turn off.

Look at your Thermostat wiring.
If there is a green wire going to the "G" terminal, disconnect it.

If it stops running, you have a bad T-stat.

If it keeps running, you either have a stuck fan relay or a low voltage control wiring malfunction.
Those are usually related to one of the safety switches having problems.

If green is not going to G, let me know, and we will determine which one is indeed the fan wire and go from there.

Remember, when you rate the solution, it closes further dialog, so only rate when you are satisfied with the discusion.
