Paper jam error

re install software after checking rollers

Turn off the printer and unplug it. Open the top access panel. Inside on the left you will see three round, white gears. Rotate the gear closest to the front back and forth with your finger. If any scraps of paper appear near the rollers, remove them. Close the top access panel. Plug in and start the printer. This worked for a Kodak ESP 3.2.

In removing the jam you have pulled aswitch in side loose . Usually a plastic black switch that will trigger this . It is inside and will need to be reset inplace.

I have code 3533 code but paper is not jam

I hit on mine several times and slammed it on the table a few more times and it cleared the jam. Seriously.

Reset printer:

1. Remove all paper from the paper input tray.
2. Make sure the paper output tray is open and free of any paper.
3. Turn off your printer.
4. Wait 30 seconds.
5. Turn on your printer

I've got exactly the same situation/circumstances and error code, the thing different is that my code changes between 3533 and 3528? sorry I;m no help right now but I'll be back if I solve it. Martin. ([email protected])

Leave the rear cover off, then spam the OK button if the error message remains on. I did that maybe 10 times in rapid succession, then hear a very distinctive CLICK in the back of the printer. I replaced the cover, the hit OK, the printer cycled through startup, and now it's operating normally.
