Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. This indicates that you have a blown output amplifier or shorted speaker wire. Disconnect all the speaker wires and try to turn it on once more. If it shows the same display give it to a service center for repair.

This the code for protect mode. A problem was detected in the final amplification stage. Without the model number I can't give you details, but the output stages for most units that give this message are amp-pacs that cost between $65-$95.
This is not likely the power supply. Second of all if it is that new, it should have gone to an authorized service center. The power supply is not a separate "part" that can be ordered. This needs to be properly diagnosed. What is the exact symptom? If it is the F61 error it is probably the output amp pac. Please update this with more details.
