Hi To Pair the Phone, while the headset is off, press and hold the Volume button until the headset indicator light shines steadily. Open the folding microphone while the light shines steadily. Set your phone to look for the headset by turning on the bluetoth and starting discovery mode. After your phone finds the device and you accept the pair with the headset enter the password 0000 The headset light should flash several times to indicate the pair. Whala you should be up and running. Try
mauritron.com

They have the world's largest library of

I'm not connected to them, just a satisfied user.
Also if you don't find your item in their listing then ask and they will get it for you

How can i connect my bluetooth headphones

Things You'll Need
  • Bluetooth capable phone
  • Bluetooth headphones
    • 1 Turn on your cell phone. Enable Bluetooth by accessing your phone's general or network settings. Your phone will search for Bluetooth signals in the area--they are usually denoted by a small icon displayed on the screen. If you don't know how to turn on Bluetooth or aren't sure whether your phone supports Bluetooth technology, refer to your phone's user guide.
    • 2 Turn on your Bluetooth headphones while near your cell phone. Turning on a Bluetooth-enabled device will usually put it in pairing mode, meaning it is actively searching for a device to connect to. Since your phone also is actively searching for a Bluetooth device, it should find it right away and prompt you to connect to it. It may ask for a password--refer to your headset's user manual for the default password and how to change it.
    • 3 Test your connection. Once your headset is paired, the phone will usually start sending calls and audio to it without any additional configuration. Some phones may prompt you and ask which device to use. Try making calls and/or playing music. If you hear music from only one ear, your phone may not support stereo Bluetooth. If you don't hear anything, re-pair the headphones. Power off your phone and headphones, then turn them back on and repeat steps 1 and 2.

Bought a mobile phone a while back and forgot the password to unlock my phone

Hi, If you are talking about a sim password, you will have to go to the cell provider to unlock, if you do have the puk number you can simply enter it incorrectly three times and it will ask for the puk. Then enter the puk.

If your are talking about a user password, you will need to master reset the phone, the ways to do that depends on brand and model. check the user guide.

If none of the above works, take it to the local service agent, remember, they will ask you for proof of purchase for security.

Good luck!

HS-23 Not Being Recognized by Phone

Rub the pins of your headset, and your phone with some tissue paper or something like that.
You might use some cleansining agent like alcohol.

Switch off your phone while doing that.

I too encounter such problems.
