check the thermostat or better still renew it if that does not help next check the radiator may be blocked internal or airflow through it or the bad bit it could be water pump or cylinder gasket

What gasket was replaced .how long ago and who changed the gasket if a garage then back vehicle as they done something wrong it should be wrong after you paid to have it done .COMPLAIN

check baterry terminal for corrosion, if fount corroded pour boilling watter to it and check for current not for fire...

Check the operation of the cooling fan
The water pump impellers could be worn down
Your radiator could be clogged up and need cleaned out

Don't know what you are testing by squeezing things but if lower hose is cold ant upper is hot, change the t stat. If problem continues then it's likely that the radiator is still obstructed and needs to be replaced (sometimes flushing will simply go around internal stoppage).

Check the passage of the coolant if there are debris or leaks. There might be a puncture on the engine block somewhere.

replace radiator cap system depends on good pressure to keep from overheating

Check the tip of the steam wand make sure it is not blocked. If not then press in on the steam knob after opening, if that works then the steam valve assembly needs to be replaced.
