I have the same problem, I need to know where I can purchase a dew collector. I bought a rice cooker on clearance not realizing it was missing the dew collector.

I need a replacement part for a Panasonic rice cooker SR-IHZC10N. The part I need is called Keep Warm Cap.

That is a hard piece to find; it actually collects water when you open the lid after rice is cooked and will not affect the keep warm function. Just make sure you pop a cloth under the missing cup before you open the lid. I have been working without this part for a few years now and it has not affected the rice cooking at all.

National brand rice cooker

Hi. Checked on Australian Panasonic spares website for part no ASR111-494F and apparently it's no longer available. Panasonic spares would all come from the same source, so it's a good chance it's unavailable worldwide. Sorry.

Rice cooker stopped working after one month's use

You probably should bring it to a service center. since youve mention a span of time not using your cooker, the thermal capacitor may be busted.

Panasonic SR-LA10N two lamps flash

here is the link for the user manual if you need it http://www2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/vProdSupportModel?displayTab=R&surfModel=SR-LA10N&modelNo=SR-LA10N&storeId=15001&catalogId=11017&itemId=65851&displayServiceCenter=true# I think you may possibly cure this by pressing and holding start as you plug the unit in. also try pressing start and timer together when plugging in. If this doesn't help then unfortunately; Panasonic recommend that the unit needs to be serviced - you can contact them on 1-800-211-7262 for more details or online at http://www2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/vProdSupportContact?storeId=15001#email I hope this helps :)
